1. Heat-stabilized nylon filament impregnated with silicon carbide abrasive allows the wheel to work like a flexible file – sides wrap around and conform to the shape of the workpiece as the brush rotates
2. Composite hub design allows for a greater fill density, providing longer life and more consistent finish
3. Nylon filaments are very flexible so that they are less likely to brake, and they have silicon carbide abrasive grain
